The Judicial Eviction Process

Seminar for the City of Milwaukee's Landlord Training Program – Saturday, September 24, 2011 from 9 am – 11:30 am. The seminar will be held at the Anderson Building, 4001 S. 6th Street – 3rd Floor. Bed Bug Boot Camp

Produced by Wil Kil Pest Control, Tuesday, June 28, 2011 from 1 pm – 4:30 pm at Radisson Hotel Milwaukee West, 2303 N. Mayfair Road in Milwaukee. I will be speaking for 45-60 minutes on landlords' responsibility to provide a habitable rental unit, local laws regarding insect infestations and landlords' responsibilties regarding same, and how landlords can best prevent/protect/prepare themselves for bed bug litigation. Additional speakers will speak on identification of bed bugs, control of bed bugs and there will be a Bed Bug Canine Scent Detection demonstration. Landlord Boot Camp: The ABC’s of Landlord Tenant Law

Seminar for Apartment Association of Southeastern Wisconsin (AASEW) – Saturday, February 26, 2011 from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm at the Clarion Hotel located at 5311 S. Howell Ave. Cost will be $159 for AASEW members and $259 for non-members.
