Nick Toman is an attorney with Pettit Law Group who has focused on landlord-tenant law for most of his career. He has litigated all types of housing disputes from all sides with the goal of practical solutions that limit the harm to all parties.
Nick has extensive experience resolving evictions both outside of court and through contested eviction trials. He has expertise in subsidized housing issues, Fair Housing complaints, administrative remedies, and municipal law.
Nick has presented many seminars and CLEs about Wisconsin Landlord-Tenant law. He has written articles for the State Bar about the federal CARES Act and its impact on landlords.
