I cannot recommend Tristan Pettit enough.  As president of the landlord association in Racine and a landlord of over 35 years, I have had the opportunity to meet many attorneys who work on landlord - tenant law. The problem is most do not specialize in this field but merely dabble in it. They want to cover all types of law.  I have even seen some give wrong advice!
