Seminar for Apartment Association of Southeastern Wisconsin (AASEW) – Saturday, February 26, 2011 from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm at the Clarion Hotel located at 5311 S. Howell Ave. Cost will be $159 for AASEW members and $259 for non-members. Topics to be covered include but are not limited to: screening potential tenants, drafting legal screening criteria, Fair Housing issues, rental documents, causes for eviction, notices terminating tenancy, the judicial eviction process, ATCP 134, collection of judgments (including garnishments), late fees, abandoned property issues and more.
