Dave Espin focuses his practice primarily on business law, with an emphasis on company formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, commercial real estate sales, business bankruptcy, and commercial evictions (representing both landlords and tenants).
Dave also has extensive experience litigating business disputes in both state and federal courts.
In his free time Dave enjoys traveling with his wife Melissa, playing basketball, and watching his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers.
